Stairs lead to the first floor lounge with dual aspect to take full advantage of the wonderful views to Carew Castle; several of the bedrooms also enjoy similar aspects.
Conveniently located next door to the Carew Inn, renowned for its excellent food and atmosphere, enjoy a meal here or just a drink after exploring Carew Castle and Mill, where there is a seasonal tea room. Set on the shores of the picturesque Cleddau Estuary, the area abounds in good walks, the footpath round the Mill pond and Carew Castle is sure to become a favourite. In the neighbouring village of Milton, there is another local pub, The Milton Brewery. There are a variety of family attractions within a short drive including Heatherton Activity Park, Manor House Wildlife Park, Folly Farm and Oakwood Theme Park, while beautiful sandy beaches abound with Tenby, Manorbier and Freshwater East all nearby. Or why not explore the beautiful Cleddau Estuary, a bird and wildlife haven, popular with boating enthusiasts, it is dotted with sleepy hamlets and village pubs nestling on its shores.

Approach to property approximately a quarter of a mile from A477 Carmarthen to Pembroke Dock road. Private parking immediately adjacent to property, car park is level and laid to gravel, with a gentle slope leading down to patio and kitchen door. Garden/Outside: lawned area on the same level as car parking; gentle slope down to paved patio area which is one step down from kitchen doorway, and raised deck area one step up. There is external lighting and street lighting. The house is centrally heated with under-floor heating downstairs and has an gas fireplace in the upstairs lounge. Single wide step from patio up to kitchen patio doors, which both open inwards. 5 steps up to front door. Very gentle short slope up to utility room door. Ground floor is on one level consists of kitchen/diner, bathroom, utility room and three bedrooms. Kitchen, family bathroom and utility have tiled floors. The bedrooms and downstairs hallway have oak floors. The family bathroom has standard bath and separate shower in cubicle. Ensuite bathroom in downstairs double bedroom has enclosed shower cubicle. Kitchen has range style cooker with gas hob and electric double oven and high wall-mounted cabinets. Wooden staircase of 4 steps to inside of front door on split level, staircase continues as 10 steps to upstairs.
